Join us Sunday, July 28th, 1:30-3pm, to finalize rerouting an existing trail in Haven Woods. This involves clearing and grubbing for the new trail and decommissioning a portion of the existing trail.
Meet at the trailhead on Berry Point Rd across from Fin Rd. Bring a shovel and pick. Loppers and shears will be available.
GaLTT is a non-profit, charitable organization with a mandate to protect and restore natural ecosystems on Gabriola and nearby islands, to help provide trail access and other opportunities for people to explore and connect with the natural environment, and to encourage responsible land and water stewardship practices.
