Libby’s sturdy invasives removal crew saw January out on the 31st with a very successful, carefully distanced work party that removed huge piles of Daphne laurel from the Whalebone Community Parks. RDN will carry those piles away for disposal in Nanaimo. Local disposal options are being investigated.
